Alright ladies! Life has a way of throwing us curve balls doesn’t it? These days it seems that every day is merging with the one before and it’s easy to lose track of time. How are your goals doing? Quarantine doesn’t need to mean business is on hold. Rather than get lost in memes, or ensuring Netflix has your undying devotion—let’s use this time to get organized! As a woman, mother, and business owner, I know life can spiral out of control quickly when I’m not in my routine. So, let me show you how I have been keeping it all together with my favorite tool—my Queen of Content Planner!
Created with Boss Babes in Mind
Isn’t it so fun? It’s got over 320 pages—enough for 6 months of planning. It’s not pre-dated, so you can start using it any time of year and add in the dates as you go. With the nice spiral binding, it will lay open for easy viewing and updating. And it literally has a place for everything—goals, progress, family, business, and personal life. I am so smitten with it, and super excited to share it with you.
First, We Breathe
I know things have been a little unusual for everyone with the quarantines and stay-at-home orders. While you may feel overwhelmed with the kids being home from school indefinitely, planning can relieve some of the stress you may be feeling. Just take it one step at a time. First thing—let yourself feel everything your feeling—it is all part of the beautiful and skilled woman you are. Breathe deeply and accept all of those parts of you.
Self-Care is the Key to Success
I believe that balance is the key to being our best selves, in our personal lives and in business. We need to make time to take care of ourselves—spiritually, physically, and mentally. At the top of each page of the Queen of Content Planner, you’ll see checkboxes to help you remember to make these a priority. I promise—making time for self-care, will really make a positive impact on your day, your family, and your work. Something that feeds my soul, which I have shared with you in the planner, is a special quote at the bottom of each page, many of which are from my grandmother.
Planning with Priorities
After you’ve cared for your mind, body, and spirit, you’re ready to get to work! What do you want to accomplish this week? In the planner, you’ll find space for all your life encompasses. What are your family goals/appointments this week? Family is my top priority, so I always make sure to check my family calendar and get those important dates and times penciled in first.
Let them Eat!
With the kids home, you know the meal planning demands have totally skyrocketed! Meal planning totally makes my life easier because I know just what groceries I need on hand, and what I need to do to prepare it each day. It also keeps me from giving in to the temptation to order take out, which is inevitably going to be a less healthy option for me. Because food prep is a big part of my job as a mom, you’ll notice there is a section in the planner for a week’s worth of meal planning—breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Do you feel the stress starting to melt away as we plan?
If it isn’t planned, it won’t happen
We’ve got our self-care, family time, and meals planned for the week already! Nice work! So, let’s get down to business. In the Queen of Content Planner, there are content creation and social media planning helps. What are your business goals this week? When do you want to have them done? Which goal takes priority over which? Remember—if it isn’t written down, it doesn’t happen! So, go on and commit! Make your goals smart—specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely. Remember to look at the big picture on the Yearly Goals page, and just take a few more steps this week to get there.
My Queen of Content Planner gives you everything you need to dream big, plan it out, and make it happen!
