You know that I’m all about learning and continually educating yourself. My grandparents were teachers and they instilled in us a love for education and they also pressed into us the responsibility to learn so that you can serve better in our communities. Well, I’ve taken that to heart and am always reading business books or listening to podcasts all in an effort to keep this brain growing so that I can serve you, my business friends, better.

We live in an amazing world where we have access to anything that we want to learn. Being educated is now a choice. There is so much free information out there that we have no one to blame if we haven’t been educated (like really. How do you think I learned photography? Google. You can do it too.)
Today I went on KSL Studio 5 morning show to chat with Brooke Walker all about my 5 best learning sites for moms. These sites were carefully curated to get the best sites that were the least expensive. Let’s get down to it!
BluPrint is for you makers out there. They have hundreds of courses from beginner to advanced where you can learn how to make anything. They have courses on knitting, sewing, cake decorating, woodworking, photography, and more! They also have kits that you can buy that go along with your course making learning extra easy. This is a subscription site: $7.99/month or $79/year
Masterclass is centered around learning from the masters. They have celebrities, sports stars, and musicians all sharing their secrets to mastering their craft. They have Gordon Ramsay teaching cooking, Serena Williams teaching tennis, Christina Aguilera teaching singing, Natalie Portman teaching acting, Judy Bloom teaching writing and more. You can buy a single class or get access to 60+ classes for $180/year.
Ready to learn a new language? Duolingo is a free app and website with more than 30 languages that you can choose to learn. My son loves this one!
These classes are from Ivy league colleges and other universities. These classes cover the things that you would see at any university: math, science, humanities, economics and more. The wonderful thing about this site is that you can take courses for free or you can pay $49 to get micro certified when you take the class. This is great for those wanting to boost their resume or their skills.
The Back to Business Summit
This one is by far my favorite. For the last few months, I’ve been scheming behind the scenes for this free Back to Business Summit. Nothing better than learning business from women who are successful in business. This summit will be from August 26-30 and it is free! With more than 15 speakers, this is going to be a business changing week!
It is free, but you have to sign up now! Click here to sign up for the Back to Business Summit
Here are a few of the speakers: Abby from Twist Me Pretty, Corrine from Mint Arrow, Andrea from Tubby Todd, Si from A Bountiful Kitchen, Brooke from Female Foodie and many more!
