Time to Blossom Photo shoot with I am Michelle Gifford
Speaking at Time to Blossom Young Women’s Conference has been my dream for a year. When I found out about them and their mission to help young women know they are beautiful daughters of God, understand their self-worth, realize their divine mission, and discover their powerful potential to make a difference in the world, I knew this was the place for me.
Celebrating divine nature and individual worth is exactly why I started my non-profit, Beauty Revived, three years ago. Real beauty doesn’t come from what we wear or the size of our jeans. Real beauty comes from our service to our community, our strength in trials and our kindness to others.
So, when I was asked to speak to the 250 girls at the conference this year, I was thrilled. This was the biggest group of girls that I had spoken to. I learned a lot. There are some things I will be improving on for next time I give this speech, but over all I felt a peace that I delivered the message I was supposed to. I learned that God can use an imperfect mouth piece like me to share his message. And that is humbling.
While there, I did a photo shoot with the blog girls from Time to Blossom. These girls each blog once or twice a month to teach and help young women and young adult women become better.
Let me introduce you to them. Here’s our Time to Blossom Photo shoot with I am Michelle Gifford
