But if you’re new here, and you’re looking into business coaching–you found the right post! Here are some interesting facts I bet you never knew about biz group coaching. 

 

 

I’ve been coaching my Money Makers for a couple of years now–some have been with me from the beginning, some are brand new, and some in between. But I absolutely love every single one of them! The group is mostly filled with women, moms, and a few men too! I am so grateful that I get to be a part of their business journey and help them navigate a lot of the unknown that comes with growing a business. 

This group is really special to me because when I first started my business (15+ years ago) I would have LOVED to be a part of something like this coaching group. I remember when I was first starting out I felt pretty lonely. But now, there are so many resources out there for small business owners so you don’t have to do business alone.

I figured you’ve probably heard enough about what I think of Money Makers (and how life-changing it can be for your business), so I got some of my favorite people from my Money Makers coaching group to share some things they’ve learned since joining my group. I tried to pick a variety of business owners and businesses, so you can see that the biz principles I teach are foundational for any business. Interesting Facts I Bet You Never Knew About Biz Group Coaching

Biz Group Coaching Fact #1: It’s easier for you to be consistent in your biz when part of a biz coaching group.

Lisa, the owner of Mamalisa’s Kitchen, started her business two and a half years ago, but she wasn’t really sure what she wanted out of it or what direction she wanted it to take. She started out teaching live online baking classes, sharing her favorite recipes and simple dinner recipes, etc. (and still does those things today). 

Lisa found Money Makers two years ago and was so excited to learn from what the group had to offer. Lisa said she can see my genuine care to see other women succeed and she loves how I am doing this group coaching/running my own business while simultaneously raising a family and being involved with other things as well. 

While being a part of Money Makers Lisa said she has gotten more clear on her direction and has moved forward with her dream business. She’s learned the importance of consistency. Biz Group Coaching Fact #2: Business coaching does not have to be expensive.

Scarlett Bushman, the owner of Spark Goodness and Missionary Mom Co., joined Money Makers for two reasons. The first one was how affordable it was–in fact, it was the most affordable business group coaching she could find. (It’s only $347/year with access to thousands of dollars worth of courses and coaching!!)

It may sound salesy when business coaches make all these amazing promises to you if you join their coaching group. But, Brenna, owner of Crafting with Brenna, is a real live Money Maker who can attest to these promises!

Brenna started her business back in Feb. 2019 by sharing crafting tutorials on her blog. She did that for a while and although she worked really hard on it, she wasn’t seeing any success. After a year, she was about to give it up completely but then found Money Makers. She joined and considered it her “last chance effort.”

Brenna said Money Makers changed everything for her. Her most recent, and biggest, success she’s had in her business is growing a community of crafters of over 32 thousand on TikTok. Biz Group Coaching Fact #4: Business coaching gives you real-time feedback that you can’t get when growing a business on your own.

Brit Bennion, brand photographer and content strategist, said Money Makers has been the perfect group because it gives real-time feedback, validates her ideas, and helps her think of her business from many different views. 

Brit said she appreciates the courses you get access to once you join Money Makers because they are easy to understand and easy to apply the principles to your business. Brit’s favorite aspect of Money Makers is the live coaching. She said she gains so much value when hearing the answers to other people’s questions and getting her own questions answered too.
